CITIES 4 YOUTH – NEXT GENERATION (C4U NEXT GEN)
CITIZENS, EQUALITY, RIGHTS AND VALUES PROGRAMME
This program aims to protect and promote rights and values as enshrined in the EU Treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights in particular by supporting civil society organizations active at local, regional, national and transnational level.
The main goal of the project is to exchange best practices in youth policy in small towns, enhance the quality of partner activities in this area, and develop competencies and knowledge among both youth workers and young people themselves.
The project also aims to establish solid foundations to encourage young people to return to their small hometowns and to develop tools and methods supporting youth policy in cities.
Main activities
WP1: CITIES 4 YOUTH WORKSHOPS FOR YOUTH AND YOUTH WORKERS
Workshops for youth 15-24 years old (4 per partner, total 24) and youth workers (1 per country, total 6) in Poland designed to set the background for young people on nonformal education and soft skills that they will use in their social activities and in projects through organizing Local Youth Project Initiatives in each countries
